A Qualified Civil Engineer with over 20 years experience in the Construction sector ranging from one off unique buildings to Large Infrastructure Projects. We offer solutions to on site Project & Construction management requirements.

We also offer services such as Property Condition surveys, Structural reports for clients and Site Suitability Assessment for planning requirements.

We can also offer site works clearance and groundwork services via our plant and machinery division.

Design & Construction Manager on the Curragh Racecourse Redevelopment
I have Developed a detailed working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contracts, correspondence, drawings and other related project documents, ensuring an in depth and practical understanding of the project objectives.
Interrogate project documentation at detailed design stage, ensuring that user requirements are met in relation to key technical design elements.
Maintain and regularly report on detailed project progress reports and monitor general progress on site in relation to program and quality.
Analyse change requests/proposals and make recommendations.
Manage construction contracts awarded under the CWMF frame-work and GCCC contract for the various sections of the project such as enabling and demolition works, refurb and new build of Stable Yards, building works designed by employer on new Grandstand and a D&B for Waste Water Treatment Plant.
Supervise all construction and works on site to ensure Quality and Progress are achieved in line with specification.
Manage/coordinate the client facing aspects of the project document management system.
